At Opportunities we aim high, so high in fact that we aim to exceed your expectations - every time!
The Opportunities Group is a completely new concept in care. Our attention to detail is paramount. Services are structured around needs, staffing is flexible with ring fenced transport available if required. We operate through two main divisions. Day Opportunities provides individualized daytime support packages for adults with learning disabilities. We offer the broadest range of in house skills completed by community activities. Through dedication, commitment and sheer hard work the company has grown consistently since it was formed in 2000.
Today we are big enough to cope with the most complex care packages, yet still small enough to offer a truly personal service to all our clients.
Now diversed to Lifetime Opportunities to be able to offer full time and shared care residential services to children and young people and adults with learning disabilities.
So, what is our secret?
It’s simple: -
And for you that means……………
Lets face it, it’s the small things that count!
Established in June 2000 by Shona & Chris Alderson, Day Opportunities has grown from a small day service, offering community and locally based activities for 3 young adults with learning disabilities into a comprehensive, established family owned and run initiative supporting 24 young adults with a range of needs.
During 2004 Day Opportunities expanded it services to Lifetime Opportunities, offering residential children’s care. At Lifetime Opportunities we support children and young people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders and associated challenging behaviours, within a residential setting.
During 2011, we developed a further dimension to our services by opening an Adult Residential Service. This was due to the demand being high for a bespoke quality adult provision.
